Post-High School Playbook

The Post-High School Playbook is a new initiative designed to support students and their families as they navigate life after high school.

The program takes a three-pronged approach:

For current students:

After school, future-readiness workshops that cover college, careers, and trades help young people explore pathways and gain the skills they need to succeed

Drop-in Schedule

For recent graduates

leadership and mentorship opportunities that keep them connected, build their confidence, and allow them to give back by guiding the next generation.

For families:

workshops and resources that provide practical tools, knowledge, and encouragement to help their student thrive in the transition beyond high school.

By bringing students, graduates, and families together, the Post-High School Playbook builds a community of support that ensures every young person has the guidance, resources, and opportunities they need to take their next steps with confidence.
